About Me

Hi, I’m Nathalie, a dedicated sports therapist based in Montrose, serving clients across Angus and Tayside. I specialise in personalised, client-focused care. With a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sports Therapy and currently entering the final year of my BSc in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, I bring both academic training and real-world experience to every session.

At NatEase Sports Therapy, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Every treatment plan is carefully tailored to suit the individual — whether you're recovering from injury, preparing for competition, or simply looking to move more freely.

While I do support active individuals and athletes, many of my clients don’t play sports at all. Aches and pains can come from everyday life — like sitting at a desk all day, lifting heavy loads, or repeating the same movements for hours. I regularly work with care workers, tradesmen, hairdressers and office professionals to help reduce pain and improve mobility.

Alongside my clinic work, I also provide sports therapy support for a local football team and first aid services for a local rugby team, keeping athletes safe and performing at their best.

Services

Sports Massage

A targeted, hands-on treatment designed to support recovery, prevent injury, and enhance performance. Sports massage improves blood flow, reduces muscle tension, and promotes flexibility — ideal before or after physical activity, or for managing everyday muscle stress.

Deep Tissue Massage

A therapeutic technique focusing on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Perfect for chronic tension, knots, or postural issues. This slower, more intense massage helps release deep-seated discomfort and restore mobility.

Taping

Supportive taping techniques help stabilise joints and muscles, reduce strain, and support recovery. Used for both injury prevention and return-to-play, taping improves movement patterns and may involve rigid or kinesiology tape depending on your needs.

Cupping

A soft tissue therapy using suction cups to boost circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support healing. Cupping is useful for relieving pain, breaking down scar tissue, and promoting relaxation. Light temporary marks are normal.

Joint Mobilisations

Gentle, controlled movements applied to joints to reduce stiffness, restore motion, and ease discomfort. Commonly used for recovery from injury or inactivity, this technique helps restore natural, pain-free movement.
